Our studio were made working documentation, design project of interior and architectural supervision of construction of the three-story, private cottage, near Kiev, with a total area ​​about 1000 m²

Exterior of cottage combines fusion classic Scandinavian style with modern trends in design and construction technology. In finishing using natural materials such as wood, sledged sandstone, slate roof tiles, combined with large glazed window openings. Thus, the house blend in with the surrounding landscape of homestead area.

Building plot situated in the downtown area, reconstruction of which has recently assumed great importance. Near the object of design is an architectural monument of national importance (the building number 16) in pre-Soviet times was placed here Kyiv charitable institution "Sulymivka" arch. L. Stanzani.
